GRAPE-6
Project plan/status
GRAPE-6 is a
special purpose computer for astrophysical simulations developed
in our lab. The peak speed exceeding 63 Tflops has been achieved. It
won the Gordon Bell for year 2001 and 2002.
GRAPE-4
GRAPE-4 is a
special purpose computer for astrophysical simulations developed
in our lab. The peak speed exceeding 1 Tflops has been achieved
(Present speed: 1.08 Tflops). An early version (1/6 of the full
configulation) of GRAPE-4 won the 1995 Gordon Bell
Prize for Special-Purpose computer. The 3/4 configulation was
awarded the 1996 Gordon Bell Prize for performance.
